1. Terms

8. Payments

Any Payments to Anderson County Notary have a due date, there is a three day grace period from that due date before late charges are imposed. Late charges are 10% of the current payment amount. There is a $75 per occurrence fee for any and all returned checks. Any chargebacks are considered theft and will be treated accordingly. There is a $100 charge for each chargeback and the client will be responsible for any and all fees and damages incurred by Anderson County Notary from any client chargebacks.

8. Social Media

Any derogatory comments posted publicly, to social media, sent by text message or email concerning Anderson County Notary and their subsidiaries without allowing Anderson County Notary due and timely notice to correct the issue is a direct violation of our Terms of Service and our Contractual Agreements. Anderson County Notary will make every effort available to resolve any and all complaints. Client satisfaction is our number one goal.
